The Venue Manager will be responsible for the management and safe running of our event space. Overseeing hospitality operations from security to transport arrivals and departures, managing a small team of hosts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations and venue management, with a reputation for managing spaces for high profile events that attract high profile guests.
This is a contract role, 29th June to 24th July 2026. Candidates must have the right to work in US to be considered, relocation support is not available.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational management of a multi storey event space
Leading on all security aspects of running a high profile space
Management of a team of hosts
Work collaboratively with the iLUKA Collective team to ensure smooth operations at all time
First point of contact for any venue issues
Key stakeholder management
